Emelda Mwamanga is one of the most well-known entrepreneurs in Tanzania. She spearheaded print media with Bang! Magazine, a premier lifestyle magazine in Tanzania launched in 2004. She has a background in human resources management, has received multiple awards, organizes annual women’s conferences, and is passionate about mentoring and inspiring young women.
Today, Emelda comes to the Engage Relate Perform Podcast to discuss what makes a good leader. She notes that good leadership is not static but evolves with time.
